This has been considered a most important mason for purchase when purchasing kettles and toasters.Since 2001, the design and appearance factor has accounted for an increasing percentage of sales, from five per cent to 27 per cent of units sold in the kettle market and six per cent to 24 per cent of units sold in the toaster market.
